This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, date, time, page requested, browser information) in order to provide the website. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). The transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the EU Commission of 10 July 2023). To measure reach and page speed I use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The service sets no cookies and does not access your device. IP address, user agent and further request headers are combined server-side into a single value and then discarded, not stored. What is evaluated: page views, referring pages, country, browser, operating system and page speed metrics. No consent is required for this, because nothing is stored on or read from your device. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). The transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; Cloudflare is certified under it. For booking consultation calls I use cal.eu (Cal.com, Inc., 350 Alabama St, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA – European server instance). When you book, your name, email address and any further information you provide are transmitted and processed there. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract). If you contact me by email, your message is processed via Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd., Estancia IT Park, Plot No. 140 & 151, GST Road, Vallancherry Village, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu 603 202, India). Zoho has standard contractual clauses in place for international data transfers and is GDPR-compliant. Your details are stored in order to handle your inquiry and are not passed on to third parties. When SW labs builds and operates a solution for a client, personal data is processed on that client's behalf. The basis is a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, concluded before processing begins, which names the systems used, the sub-processors involved and the technical and organizational measures.
Where a solution runs is the client's decision. If it runs on SW labs infrastructure, it does so as a rule in distributed form; a tie to a particular location is possible on request and is then recorded in the data processing agreement. What applies in the individual case is stated in the proposal.
This processing does not concern visitors to this website. It is listed here because the description of services refers to it.
