Your client stays yours. I build the process.

For anyone who looks after businesses: IT providers, agencies, freelancers, consultants. You sell the process on your own invoice, I build it.

Book a 45-minute call
  1. Your client orders from you.

You stay their point of contact and invoice them at your price. You set it, and I never see it.

  2. You buy from me.

After the first call I give you a fixed price before anything gets built. It’s below what your client would pay me directly.

  3. I talk to your client about the process.

I go through the process with them directly, and you can sit in. Outages get reported to me, and you hear about every one. Questions about using it, new requests and anything commercial go to you.

What you sell.

Three examples of what your client asks you for and you don’t build yourself.

Orders from the inbox
Your client types every order email into the inventory system by hand. Afterward it gets there on its own.
The form that ends in an inbox
The website is up, every inquiry arrives as an email, and from there it’s all by hand. I build what happens after someone hits send.
The missing portal
Members in an Excel sheet, arrangements in a WhatsApp group. A small web application replaces both.

Everything I build

An example: the project for Pete Smith

What happens if I’m out?

From day one
You can read the project’s code and docs. The credentials sit in a password vault you’re a member of.
After payment
Code, rights and keys pass to you.
If I’m out
You take over running it or hand it to someone else, with the operating guide from the docs. The monthly fee ends.
Who knows about it
Your client knows me, from the call and from the docs. Publicly I show the project without their name, and with it only if they agree. Whether you’re named is up to you. If the project shouldn’t show up at all, we’ll talk about it.

Tell me about the first case.

One client, one process. About 45 minutes, free.
